KUCHING (April 24): First gas from the Rosmari-Marjoram project by Sarawak Shell Bhd, a subsidiary of Shell plc in collaboration with Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd in Bintulu, is expected to be produced towards the end of 2026. Shell Malaysia country chair Siti Sulaiman said the project is expected to produce about 800 million standard cubic feet of gas per day. 'This is one of the biggest Shell projects in Malaysia, and it is going to be a big progress for Sarawak's upstream oil and gas business,' she said during the Shell Hari Raya open house at the Hilton here on Monday (April 24).
