(VOVWORLD) - The International Friendship Exchange – Spring 2023 concluded in Lao Cai on Monday with foreign NGOs pledging more than 2 million USD in aid for the northern mountainous province. The participants climbed to the top of Mount Fansipan, the highest peak in Indochina, attended exchanges, and enjoyed local music and art performances.
