Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer says their by-election success in Selby and Ainsty was a 'cry for change' and vowed that the party would deliver change if voted in at the next general election. Mr Starmer gave a speech and was flanked by shadow Cabinet ministers, including deputy leader Angela Rayner, and supporters at the grounds of Selby Town FC, as well as new MP 25-year-old Keir Mather.
