From now until Phase 1 ends at noon ET on Thursday, you can vote as many as five times per every 24-hour period exclusively at MLB.com, on all 30 MLB club sites and on the MLB app. Your votes will help decide who will start the 2023 MLB All-Star Game presented by Mastercard on July 11 at T-Mobile Field in Seattle.
